LubeZone Rewards are issued on a MasterCard® prepaid card. The MasterCard prepaid card may be used at over 28 million locations worldwide, wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted. No payment card is more widely accepted globally than the MasterCard prepaid card. There is no APR (annual percentage rate) for these cards because the balance cannot go below zero and thus no "credit" is needed. You will receive your LubeZone Rewards card approximately 7-10 business days after registration. An email will be sent from Wirecard notifying you when awards have been loaded onto your card. You may access your real-time account balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the number on the back of the card or online on the LubeZone Rewards website by clicking on the "Card Balance" button.

If you need to make any changes to your profile, please email support@lubezonerewards.com.

Your account will not show your recent purchases immediately. Sales are updated in our system once a week. Please check your account 5-7 business days after your service to see your pending rewards.

Funds will be deposited on your LubeZone MasterCard within 15 business days from your date of service. If you’re missing your rewards, please use our Contact Us page or email support@lubezonerewards.com.

Refer your friends to LubeZone and earn MORE cash rewards! You can earn up to $100 deposited onto your LubeZone Rewards Mastercard® by following these simple steps: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Get your unique link from the Referrals page. 3. Share your referral link via Text, Email, WhatsApp, or on Social Media. Your referral must sign up for LubeZone Rewards using your unique link. Once they visit any LubeZone Truck Lube Center as a new rewards member and spend $250.00, you’ll automatically earn $50 after their first and second visits totaling $100.
