- Owner-Operators/Drivers (customers) must register by completing the online registration form at www.lubezonerewards.com in order to participate on the program
- Owner-Operators/Drivers (customers) will receive a 1% of all purchases (before tax) made at any LubeZone location
- Owner-Operators/Drivers (customers) will receive a one-time $15 bonus after they spend $250 at any LubeZone location
Earned rewards will be automatically deposited on a customer’s LubeZone Rewards Mastercard® after weekly sales are accumulated. When the rewards status reads “paid”, they’re available to spend anywhere Mastercard® is accepted

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE LUBEZONE REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE AS DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE LUBEZONE REWARDS PROGRAM.
These LubeZone Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the LubeZone Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”), which is operated by LubeZone, Inc. (“LubeZone”, “our,” “us” or “we).
These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with LubeZone. Please note that your access to and participation in the Rewards Program is also governed by the terms, conditions, limitations and requirements linked in these Terms, all of which (as may be changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms.
In addition, these Terms complement and incorporate by reference the LubeZone Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between the LubeZone Terms of Use and these Terms, the LubeZone Terms of Use will control. These Terms are complemented by any relevant card holder terms and conditions issued by MasterCard International Service Association (“MasterCard”). You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with MasterCard regulations.
LUBEZONE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY AND/OR ELIMINATE THE REWARDS PROGRAM AND/OR ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THESE TERMS OR ANY POLICY PERTAINING TO THE REWARDS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. IF LUBEZONE DETERMINES, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED ANY OF THESE TERMS OR THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS UNAUTHORIZED, ABUSIVE, DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT OR OTHERWISE UNLAWFUL, LUBEZONE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP.
If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms to https://lubezonerewards.com/rules. Unless we state in writing otherwise, the amended Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Rewards Program after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop participating in the Rewards Program.
- ELIGIBILITY
You must be a United States resident (including residents of U.S. Territories) who is at least 18 years of age to be eligible to become a member in the Rewards Program.
- ENROLLMENT
You may enroll in the Rewards Program at LubeZoneRewards.com or via a text invitation. At the time of enrollment, you must provide your name, address, mobile phone number and a valid email address and any other additional information requested at the time of enrollment.
No purchase is necessary to enroll in the Rewards Program. Upon approval of your Rewards Program membership, we will create a Rewards Program account (“Rewards Account”) We will issue you a Rewards Program MasterCard® debit card (“Reward Card”) when your Rewards Account balance exceeds $15. See the Rewards Program Description below for more information.
- REWARDS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Rewards Program is a free customer loyalty program offered by LubeZone. It allows our Rewards Program members to earn rebates in the form of a 1% cash accrual on qualifying purchases from LubeZone (“Cash Rebate”). The Cash Rebate is deposited directly by LubeZone into the member’s Rewards Account on a weekly basis as soon as administratively possible. Each Cash Rebate deposited to a member’s Rewards Account is calculated based on the before-taxes purchase amount made on qualifying purchases from LubeZone, excluding any purchases to the extent they are made with LubeZone discount codes, promotions, or coupons.
Gift card purchases are not eligible for rebates although the user will be eligible for a rebate when using the gift card for a purchase.
Cash Rebates in the Rewards Account are transferred to the member’s Reward Card on a periodic basis.
There are no membership fees associated with the Rewards Program although LubeZone reserves the right to apply administrative fees.
Your Rewards Account is nontransferable. You are responsible for anyone else who uses your Rewards Account.
- USING YOUR CASH REWARD
You can use your Cash Rebate balance on your Rewards Card to purchase LubeZone products and services or anywhere MasterCard is accepted. You can check on your Cash Rebate balance by logging into your LubeZone Account or by writing to the LubeZone Customer Rewards Team at Support@LubeZoneRewards.com, or by calling Wirecard Customer Service at 1-866-326-8689. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to any inquiries within 24 hours of receiving your request.
The Cash Rebate on your Rewards Card does not earn interest.
Without limiting the applicability of any other representation or warranty contained herein, LubeZone makes no representations or warranties with respect to the timing for the deposit and/or availability of the Cash Rebate or any other rebate.
- REWARDS PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS
As long as your Rewards Account is in good standing, your membership in the Rewards Program will automatically renew every year.

- IMPACT OF VOIDED OR RETURNED PURCHASES ON YOUR CASH REWARD
If you return merchandise that you purchased, you will be refunded the amount you paid and the Cash Rebate you received will be debited from your Rewards Card. For example, if you purchased an order totaling $100 and you received a $1 Cash Rebate, your rewards card balance will be reduced by $1.
If you void a purchase, the corresponding Cash Rebate that was deposited to your Rewards Card, if any, will be debited from the available balance in your Rewards Card. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN YOUR REWARDS CARD TO COVER THE DEBIT, THIS COULD RESULT IN A NEGATIVE BALANCE ON YOUR REWARDS CARD. Without limiting the applicability of any other remedy available at law or in equity, LubeZone reserves the right to apply interest charges at the maximum rate allowed by applicable law to any negative balance on your Rewards Card.
- PRIVACY & TEXT MESSAGES
By becoming a member of the Rewards Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from LubeZone and/or its affiliates. Your personal information will be used in accordance with the <<LubeZone Privacy Policy>>.
By becoming a member of the Rewards Program, you agree to receive text messages from us. You are solely responsible for any fees associated with receiving text messages.
- LUBEZONE REWARDS DEBIT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- TAXES & INDEMNIFICATION
You are solely responsible for the payment of any federal, state or local taxes applicable to your participation in the Rewards Program.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL INDEMNIFY LUBEZONE, ITS AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, FINES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR FAILURE TO PAY APPLICABLE TAXES IN A COMPLETE AND TIMELY MANNER.
- NO WARRANTY
LUBEZONE, ITS AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE MEMBERSHIP IN REWARDS PROGRAM OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.
- RELEASE OF LIABILITY
YOU HEREBY RELEASE LUBEZONE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY RELATING TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM AND/OR THIS AGREEMENT.
- GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Hennepin County, Minnesota. No arbitration under these Terms shall be consolidated with any other arbitration you have with LubeZone and/or its affiliates.

Your funds are eligible for FDIC insurance and other protections. Your funds will be held at or transferred to Sunrise Banks, N.A., an FDIC-insured institution, or another FDIC-insured bank. Once there, your funds are insured up to $250,000 by the FDIC in the event the bank fails, if specific deposit insurance requirements are met and your card is registered.
