YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE RULES (“SWEEPSTAKE RULES”).

 

EPIKA FLEET SERVICES, INC.’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

 

  1. OVERVIEW: Epika Fleet Services, Inc., (“Sponsor”) is launching the “Lubezone Rewards NASCAR VIP Experience Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes will begin on March 30, 2023 and end at midnight central time on July 31, 2023 (“Promotion Period”) and will be governed by the following rules (the “Sweepstakes Rules”).

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY: You are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are a legal resident of any US State, are OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE as of March 30, 2023, sign up to be a LubeZone Rewards member during the promotion period or are an existing LubeZone Rewards member, and fully comply with these Sweepstakes Rules. Eligible persons who have properly filled out an entry form to the Sweepstakes are referred to here as “Entrant.”

 

Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (“Promotion Affiliates”), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

 

Additionally, Household Members and Immediate Family Members of the Promotion Affiliates  are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. “Household Members” means people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” means parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

 

This Sweepstakes is also subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two options for entering the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period:

 

  1. At any LubeZone location. Fill out one entry form at any LubeZone location. All fields of the Sweepstakes entry form must be completely filled out. Any entry forms that are partially filled out or otherwise do not meet Sponsor’s requirements will be void and your entry will be disqualified. After you submit all of the required information in the entry form, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Only one entry form will be accepted per person.

 

  1. Website.  Fill out and submit an entry form at https://lubezonerewards.com/register/nascar for new members or at http://www.lubezonerewards.com/nascarsweeps/ for existing members. Any entry forms that are partially filled out or otherwise do not meet Sponsor’s requirements will be void and your entry will be disqualified. After you submit all of the required information in the entry form, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Only one entry form will be accepted per person.

 

  1. Mail-in Option.  Fill out one entry form and mail to Epika Fleet Services, Inc., 8300 Norman Center Drive, Suite 160, Bloomington, MN, 55437. All fields of the Sweepstakes entry form must be completely filled out. Any entry forms that are partially filled out or otherwise do not meet Sponsor’s requirements will be void and your entry will be disqualified. After you submit all of the required information in the entry form, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Only one entry form will be accepted per person.

 

Any attempt to submit multiple entry forms or cards by using different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins and/or any other methods will void your entry and you will be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is also subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entry forms must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
   

  1. PRIZE:

 

VIP Race Experience: One grand prize winner will receive an all-expenses paid VIP race experience for two (2) at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on October 14-15, 2023. The package includes:

 

  1. Pit/Garage Passes (behind-the-scenes XFINITY series access for the weekend)
  2. At-Track Pit Road Photo with Car and Driver
  3. Meet-and-greets with Josh Berry and team personnel
  4. Complimentary JRM lanyards and credential holders
  5. Victory lane celebration
  6. Professional grade photography of entire race event
  7.  Hotel for three (3) nights
  8. Flights for two (2) within the continental United States
  9. Five hundred dollars ($500) spending money

 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3000


Only one prize will be awarded. The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the Entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) if a feature or prize described in these Sweepstake Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination and is final. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. THE PRIZE IS AWARDED ON AN AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS BASIS. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply and winners are required to consult the documentation provided with the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

 

Winner is solely responsible for any taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state, and federal taxes and associated penalties and interest) imposed as a result of receipt of the prize.  The winner should consult with a tax adviser about the tax consequences of receiving the prize.

 

Sponsor further reserves the right to condition the award of any prize on the winner promptly completing additional written releases as instructed by Sponsor The failure to complete any required releases within seven days of notification of the award of a prize will result in the disqualification of the winner and the prize will be awarded to another Entrant.

 

  1. WINNER SELECTION: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The random drawing will be conducted shortly after the Promotion Period by the Sponsor or its designated representatives. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified solely by email at the email address provided in the entry form after the random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive any notification for any reason, including, but not limited to, inactive email account(s), technical difficulties, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor their email account. Any winner notification not responded to in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions, or returned as undeliverable, may result in prize forfeiture.

  1. OPT-IN: By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that you are opting-in to receiving special offers and other marketing material to the email address you provided. You also hereby grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personal information you provided in the entry form with the other Sweepstakes Affiliates for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Sweepstakes winners list.   1. PUBLICITY: You hereby grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

 

  1. MODIFICATION OF SWEEPSTAKE RULES: Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Sweepstakes Rules at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion and without providing you with any notice. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it at any time, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor in Sponsor’s opinion impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or any liability for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to your or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.

 

  1. INDEMNITY: You will indemnify Sponsor for any costs and/or liabilities incurred by Sponsor that arise from your failure to comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and/or any tax liability incurred by Sponsor caused by your participation in these Sweepstakes.

 

  1. SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER:  [A social media account may be required to enter the Sweepstakes.] This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
     
  2. GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. All disputes concerning these terms and the Sweepstakes shall be adjudicated exclusively in the federal and state courts having jurisdiction over Hennepin County, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Sweepstake Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to EPIKA FLEET SERVICES, INC. cc: NASCAR VIP EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES at 15 CENTURY BLVD., SUITE 102, NASHVILLE, TN 37214. Requests for the name of the winner must be received no later than THIRTY (30) DAYS after the Promotion Period has ended. The winner list will be posted on social networks after winner confirmation is complete.
